TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Privacy Policy:
Our terms and conditions and privacy policy are detailed below, regarding the use of our website and book publishing services. We treat all your personal information - such as your name, address, mail address, cell-phone, home phone or other contact telephone numbers & credit card details as private and are not divulged or sold to any third party under any circumstance. We only use information provided to serve you and to process orders. You statutory rights are always respected.

98% of our website is accessible without the need to provide us with any personal information. Personally information refers to any information supplied to us for, publicity purposes, blog & website creation and similar services.

PAYMENT
: Payment for our services is always payable in FULL in advance unless specifically agreed in writing or by a written agreement or concession. PayPal/Cheque/Bank Draft are the acceptable payment instruments we accept. Credit card transactions are handled by PayPal, a third-party financial institution.
PAYPAL IS A BANK that receives your credit card data & verifies the credit card details and will process all financial transactions that has to do with our services.
EMAIL USE:
We will use your e-mail address to notify you about important developments, order processing, book promotional information, changes to our services and website, inform you of new services, special offers or other matters/materials we deem beneficial to you.

BOOKS PUBLISHED:
You hereby agree to indemnify us against any lawsuit arising from your books and its content. You agree to only submit materials that are yours as author/co-author. You agree to secure the permission of third parties where their materials, story or photos, artwork or other images has been used by you. Permission of persons and names will be secure by you with full consent of the parties mentioned in your book. Failure to do this is regarded as negligence and you will indemnify us in case of lawsuits arising from such omission.
APPROVED SERVICES:
You hereby agree to indemnify us against any lawsuit arising from your books DUE TO YOUR GELIGENCE. Once you have approved any content, design, book cover or any services in writing, you cannot reject the final work when produced. Any further changes by you after approval will incur further cost to you. You exclusively agree to this term.
ADVICE LIMITATION:
Any suggestions, advice or guidance given by us, our staff, representatives, agents or editors are for GUIDANCE only and DO NOT constitute a legal advice or a legally binding advice. See other professional opinions and satisfy yourself before proceeding. We DO NOT accept any liabilities, responsibility, obligation or reparation of damages for your inability, refusal or negligence to seek legal advice or a professional second opinion or take similar steps before acting on such suggestions. Our suggestions for the improvement of your book and its outlook are not binding. When you accept them, you accept total satisfaction and understanding that they are mere suggestions. We do not accept responsibility for losses resulting from you acting on such advice or suggestion[s].
BOOK COVER+CONTENT:
We reserve the right to insist on the quality, design and types of book covers carried by us in our online boosktore/ or published through by authors. Unsuitable works [content & book cover] will be rejected by us without much explanation.
BLOG & WEBSITE DESIGNS:
We reserve the right to refuse to assist with the creation, maintenance or design of blogs or websites for clients where we feel that such services will not be of the best quality or where we are unable to find designers to carry out the job satisfactorily. Fees paid for blogs & websites are separate from book publishing cost.
MAGAZINE PUBLISHING:
Clients asking us to help produce print magazines will have to provide all internal content in a PDF format as well as a satisfactory cover design in jpeg format. We are not responsible for content editing, creation or management. We reserve the right to charge extra for any additional work we are required to carry out for the magazine publisher[s].
FOREIGN LANGUAGE BOOKS:
You agree that if you are publishing books in languages other than ENGLISH, additional terms and cost may apply to your order. We reserve the right to deny editing services for foreign language books, in which case the author agrees to seek alternative source of editing for his material. The author shall provide text for book cover in a format that is accpetable to us. We may charge extra fees for extra work where deemed necessary.
MINIMAL BOOK EDITING:
We reserve the right to refuse to provide a book editorial service or a publishing service where we feel that the book is badly written, not of good quality, carries offensive content or is below standard. Authors may seek other publishing avenues in such cases. We will be polite and courteous with our explanation but will observe the highest standard at all times.
THIRD PARTY SERVICES:
We are book publishers! We are NOT printers.
Printing and book binding is carried out by third parties, as such we DO NOT accept responsibility/liability for their errors or less than perfect work. In all such cases we will act as intermediary to be sure that the printer corrects the error or provide a replacement for the author/client. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
SHIPPING COST:
We reserve the right to charge EXTRA shipping and handling charges, over and above any FREE shipping already included in our standard packgages. Custom order will be charged shipping & handling fees are appropriate.
EXPRESS deliveries requested by clients will incur special EXTRA charges and cost which will be notified to clients in advance. WE DO NOT SHIP ORDERS UNLESS ALL THE FEES/CHARGES HAVE BEEN PAID IN FULL!
ROYALTY PAYMENT:
We will pay royalty to authors for sales generated through our online-Amazon bookstore twice a year!
Payment release dates are: July 31 and January 31
If total sales are less than £12.50 or $20 United States Dollars, payment will not be made but carried over to the next pay period
PROMOTIONAL OFFERS:
We reserve the RIGHT TO CHANGE, ALTER, INCREASE THE COST OR DELETE any of our promotional offers at anytime without notice. Whilst our prices and packages reflect our determination to lower our service cost, in the event of industry price hikes for services and materials, we will regretfully adjust our prices accordingly.
YOUR STUTORY RIGHTS:
Your statutory rights to good quality services, products and fair treatment is neither prejudiced or affected by all the above terms.
FILING COMPLAINTS:
In the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with our services or you have complaints or unsatisfactory issues, please raise them by writing via email to the editor. IDEMNIFICATION:
